1986 Toyota 4runner 22re problem HELP HELP

I have a 1986 4runner with a 22re efi motor And all of a sudden my oil gauge stopped working its staying at low what could me some of the issues or the main issue? All of the other gauges are working fine and motor seems to be running good. Please help me out.

Have you checked the wire on the sending unit?

I would be concerned the timing chain guide has broken down and has clogged the oil pickup tube and thus you really have no oil pressure.

Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?

i got it, it was that wire near the oil filter got cut off. Problem fixed thanks guys
