hey pulled the head off to fix the mess my aftermarket plastic timing chain guides made, and it looks like i have some valve damage, should i use a OSK timing guide or should i stick with toyota, i don't want to spend alot but i don't want this problem in another 30k :smack:

where can i find a decent head maybe with a RV cam and good valves and possibly a header too

I would go with toyotaparts for sure..also LC engineering has good cams and headers...
Forgiveness is between them and god..

Go with the metal backed chain guides. Try enginebuilder in Portland,Or. for the chain guides, cam & head. Good pricing, good company for customer service.

IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5
