I think it depends on what you want the final result to look like.  To making it right, it would need a new roof from the B pillar forward.  Otherwise it needs fenders, the fenders being pushed in interferes with the doors.

Sorry man, you missed it by a day.  I took a deposit on it yesterday and the guy just left a moment ago with it on the trailer.
