1995 4 runner

trading my 1971 ford f 100 for a 1995 4 runner 4 door but has 3.0 oh no in it and it needs some motor work but im just going to take it out i have a buddy that has a chevy 350 motor with a tranny and everything but what would be easier to put a 3.4 v6 or 350? has anyone put a 350 into a 95 4 runner this thing is going to be green stickered so i am not worrying about smog stuff

if you are going to just green sticker it just put a 350 in it.. they are stupid simple
