4 cyl Detroit in a Hi Pinion diff

Hey everyone I was curiose to know if I could use my 4 cyl Detroit into a hi pinion differential let me know what I would need if i was able to do this thank you.  :beerchug:

I dont think you can use it. If I could I would have already.  It needs to be v6.

The answer is yes u can. There will be some work involved in it and maybe some additional cost but if u read here: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-963892.html  the last post on the page.

Basically a spacer to press on to your 4cl Detroit so u can put on the v6 bearing.  I believe it's a 5mm difference. Machine shop could prob make it or inchworm might even have the custom bearing.
