Whats going on in the t case department then?

Duals with a taco box in the rear until i break it or save enough to buy a geard lefty setup.. Im actually going to get ahold of a company that does cryo ing and see about getting the chain cryod in the case for added strength.

My fawking tires are no where to be found and i guess pitbulls are really stiff and notorious for blowin beads so i guess im gonna have to settle for 39.5 iroks..

Got some work done last night... springs are pretty much mounted (hangers are tacked), But im thinkin now im going to move everything back about an inch more.. After checking dingmans 4runner my axle is basically in the same spot as his and he rubs a lil with 37s.  I will be runnin 40s and would rather have to do a little trimmin in the rear than the front part of the fender well.

IDK man... I have a few buddies that absolutely love those tires more than anything. One had a brand new set of 42" iroks and then pretty much sold them the day after he drove his buddys truck with 42" rockers. That is on the rocks though. Im pretty sure they still dont do too bad in the snow.

Idk I was Talkin to bean at schwa's and he said they have really stiff side wall so airing down below 10 lbs u will blow beads left n right unless u run double Beadlocks...

ToYocRawleR

Sorry guys been super busy so this kinda went on the back-burner... Change of plans,  in order to get this thing on the road sooner ive decided to change axles and put the money into my motor and tires instead of the 60s... Now i will be runnin a narrowed 44 (62")  with chromos and a taco rear axle until i can build a custom 9".. I already got my tires, 39.5/13.50/17 Iroks.. Just got my heads back from the machine shop, ported/ polished the exhaust side hopin for a lil better flow.  Got a few pics comin!

I know you already have your tires, and i think for snow iroks still might be slightly better, but i have nothing but great things to say about my Rockers at 8 psi.  no blown beads at all and the traction is deadly.

keep up the good work on this runner.  i like the idea with the 9's.  save the weight of the tons and should be plenty strong for your application.
Im like Hugh Hefner minus everything good about his life.

ToYocRawleR

Thanks buddy! Yep the weight factor is pretty much what is steering me away from bigger axles at the moment.  I want to be able to drive this thing any way and i think for now it will be a dual purpose rig...I will keep the 3.0 for now and once it goes, which shouldnt be for a while, Im not sure what i will do... definetly a motor swap though

just beef up that 44 as things break.

since I mainly wheel light trails and snow Im also staying 44s
I like being light, to me no sense in adding that much weight.

by the way, keep an eye out for some toyo mts-37x15s for me, thanks
