if i put wheel spacers on a stock runner affect anything?

Prob won't notice a change

Your scrub radius will increase and the wheel bearings,ball joints, and TRE's will see more stress.  Your steering will also feel slightly harder.

Small ones not a big deal.  large and you will start to strain things.
