84 4Runner front wheel alignment HELP!

anybody know how i can do my own alignment on my 84 Runner? i need some specification length OR measurements lengths.
i upgrade my front suspension with ifs box and  MC Hy-steer crossover steering

Put the front axle on jackstands and remove tires.
Cut two bars that are the same length as your tires diameter them find the center of the bar and clamp them to your rotor, Centered and level.
Grab a tape measure and adjust until you measure 1/8"-1/4" toe in, in the front of the bar vs. the back.

That gets your tires aligned for proper tracking. As for the steering wheel eyeball it and find a long straight road with little to zero bumps and adjust draglink until satisfied.

If the steering wheel is pointed to the right then your draglink is to short and needs tobe adjusted out. Vis Vers for it pointing to the left.
