I had that problem on my recent rebuild. The top half of the threads stripped out. I just threw a slightly longer bolt in there and it torqued down just fine. But thats cuz Im a cheap
haha hey you do what you.gotta do.right ? the only reason i fiddnt just throw a longer bolt in is because i have access to a full machine shop for free so i got lucky !
time sert is your best bet, or a new head. your choice
I have not heard of these? My vote would be Heli-coil. are they similar?
