Used or new/rebuilt third?

Sounds like a bearing is bad.

Shake??  is your drive line loose or out of balance?

It was used but it is fresh out of my buddies truck and the driveshaft has a couple of dings in it

Check your pinion flange for play. There should be none. Then spin the pinion flange without the drive shaft and tires. Check for grinding as you spin the flange.

Other than that, spin your tires individually and check that the main bearings are good.

I can't spin them individually I got a locker and ill check all the other stuff I took the driveshaft off its got dings and is bent thanks everyone for there input so far more comments are appreciated

Geez its a rear, take it out and examine it, it takes about an hour or less to remove.  Less than it takes to ask questions.

Ok, a dinged driveshaft is waiting for trouble.  Fix that.  You can put it on stands and diagnose.

If the pinion is still tight...and it didn't make this noise for the other guy then I would tend to think it's something else

driveshaft uj's not clocked correctly?
bad radials?
driveshaft out of balance?
pinion angle on rear pinion up too high or down too low?
