Short legs, fat, and big shoes :gap:

I like having a 50* rollover angle. I'd like to lower it more actually.

It had been booger welded up.. I'd been mashing through the mud and crawling frame twister a little bit.  I pulled it up to a rock and a bunch of guys jumped out of the truck in front of me and told me to stop.  I got out and it was sitting on the ground. We used a tiny pink rope to strap it up and I drove home on it with my front axle secured only by my radius arms and my coil springs :disturbed:

:stopit: I know... The weld that held it to the frame was not worthy of being called a weld :disturbed: :psss: And it WASN'T my weld :gap:

Yeah, it does well, easy to tie everything down and it's nice and narrow.
Is this to help with flex???
Yes, it makes it so the leaf spring does not twist while articulating which makes it easier on the spring to droop and compress without resistance.

Here is a great example from BigMike, notice how much the spring would have to twist itself to gain that much rotation?

No, I designed them based on the ones used under Formula Toy #27 and gave the plans to Dave Wong at Dave's Offroad Outlet in Sonora and he built them.

I think around page 24

Those were made of thinner tubing. The new ones are 1.25x.025wall and are way beefier.

So where do we go to buy them... those things are to cool....

Will the shocks bring them back,  what keeps them from staying swung to one side or the other?

The same forces that bring the axle level when you don't have pivot blocks. There is nothing changed by the pivot blocks as far as centering is concerned I would imagine. It may lean a little for a while but will equal itself out after some driving.
If you still have control you aren't going fast enough
