did a search found nothing of what i needed. so i have a 85 toy and just did the chevy spring swap and now i am wondering what my pinion angle should be, the springs have a 2 degree shim on the bottom.

Get an angle finder from harbor greight etc. and put it on the flange from the 2-case and the rear diff.  You want the rear pinion pointing about 2 degrees lower than the case so when you are running down the road the flanges are at the same degree to ensure no vibes.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

Well that is assuming he has a single u-joint at each end of the driveline.  If using a doble cardan at the t-case the rear pinion should point at the bottom of the flange on the t-case.
