A340 interchangeablilty questions

OK im thinking about building a buggy with a supra 7mgte auto and single t-case with 4.70 gears. Any way would a supra automatic bellhousing bolt to a taco automatic? since they are both A340s you would think they would. Any other things you can think of that might hamper the swap? Thanks.
