toyota case behind jeep ax5

I know the Jeep AX5 and toyota G56 are a very similar trans.  I'd like to ditch the chain drive NP231 I have now for a gear driven Toyota case.  I'd also want to for the pass side output to match a Waggy dana 44 I plan on putting into my YJ.  I'm also going to be running a Nissan H233b Rear axle.  Its going into a 92 YJ.
