I have a 22r (California) with a factory carburetor, and I can't figure out where the Thermo Valve vacuum line from the air cleaner assembly connects to on the intake manifold fitting at the base of the carburetor. I have been replacing old vacuum hoses, and the thermo valve hose was cut short, and not connected to anything.
Currently there is a vacuum line connected from the throttle positioner diaphragm, to the port where the thermo valve vacuum line is suppose connect to according to my manual. I don't see any vacuum line connection for the throttle postioner in the manual.
Can I just add a 'T' fitting to connect these to together, and then connect the hose back to the manifold port hose barb?
