1987 Toyota Lifted Single Cab on 35's
« on: Apr 17, 2011, 07:00:42 PM »
1987 Toyota Pickup
Single Cab
22re
5spd
4wd
263k on body
35" BFG All Terrains (~75% tread) on black rock crawler wheels
4.10 gears
2" Body lift
4" Suspension lift (I think)
Smitty Built Bumpers F/R
Round Tube Side bars/sliders

The good:
All in all the truck is in pretty good condition. The interior is really clean with two bucket seats. Driver seat has normal wear and tear. Has the SR5 Gauge cluster. The exterior is in decent shape. The paint is okay. there is a dent on the passenger door that could easily be popped out. Truck had an alignment done recently and drives really good down the road. Also the head is a Toyota Reman head that is about a year old (with receipts.) Its a PERFECT platform to be a SAS'd.

The bad:
The bottom end is toast. It will run and drive but obviously not very well at all. Looks like the rear brake slave cyl is a little bit leaky, brakes still work very well though. The driver side window regulator doesnt work either. Registration will need renewed. Its currently on non op so there will be no late fees of any sort, just the current reg. The truck does carry a salvage title but I dont know why.

I bought the truck from a buddy of mine. He thought that just the headgasket blew. I took his word for it and was just planning on fixing it and driving it. Turns out that after two weeks of having it, i finally started it up to tow it home and the motor knocked incredibly loud. I dont have any urge to fix it at this point.

$1200 OBO

a 12 pack hahah bump for a little buddy!
Any guy who takes his woman wheeling enjoys her. A woman who is owned is left at home to cook, clean, and keep beer cold. So if this offends you you should stop looking and go have some tacos.    :rofl2: And a beer. If your old enough.   :beerchug:
