I picked up a Turbo 350 to Toy 21-spline case adapter. Works with forward or top-shift cases.

Brand new, never run. It comes with the output shaft for the Turbo 350. I'm not sure if you need a 2WD or 4WD TH350, but Advance Adapters will know. They're quite helpful, so if I need to call, I'll do that for ya.
