Winch problems, m8000

So its not working, I can hit the button and the soleniods just click. I took everything apart there and cleaned them up, nothing. I then took the power cable, and connected to it f1, and hooked the f2 and a wires together, nothing. Bad motor? Before I took anything apart, when hitting the button, with a test light, it showed power at all the terminals.
Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?

did you actually pull the motor apart and check all the brushes?

If your solenoids are clicking, then there is your issue.  Replace them like I told you earlier lol
Build it right or get off the trail

SHouldnt the motor turn over if I tried to bypass them?

my dad had to replace the motor on his, it was under water quite a bit though :ack:

The motor will only turn over if you completely bypass all 4 solenoids
Build it right or get off the trail
