My Truck Upgrades

I decided get rid of my cough cough TG dual case adaptor and replace it with the almighty Marlin MC07 non-rotated along w/ Marlins 4.70XD gears for my rear case with Davez Off Road twin sticks (still waiting for delivery). Originaly bought 21 splines but went back to exchange it for the 23 splines and replace old clutch w/ Marlin Super HD 1600 and a new flywheel. Replace old ps pump with 1450psi pump to help w/ hydro assist, replace old resevoir with PSC resevoir and PSC ram assist mount. Install oil cooler to help ps pump and replace ps hoses. I replaced the Smittybilt XRC8k with a Warn M8k, replace cough cough TG front springs with Marlin/All-Pro 5" and f150's in the rear, and a new set of 37x14.5x15 Toyo's. Thanks to all that replied to previous thread.

Demolition date is set for the following weekend.

You better stand that crank shaft on end or hang it! Letting it lay flat like that will bend it...

yeah I had to go back to TG for the ps pump, cheaper in price compared to PSC... read alot of reviews on Pirate and they were all good. I should bought the resevoir from them too, would been cheaper on my wallet. They look the same.
As far as the crankshaft, it's an old one waiting to be recyled. Main bearing went bad and scorched the cranksahft.

I've never ran a trail gear res but I had no problems with the pump turning 40 in irocs

I forgot to mention that I'm adding egnbuilders torker cam and hopefully I'll get a noticeable power gain.

speaking of my toys...the last of my orders finally came in for the truck. can't wait till demolition day (this weekend)!

did you order a head kit from them aswell?

no...he said the cam is stock idle and it's not entirely aggressive but you will notice the gain of power. new head and valvetrain is not requiered but to get max power, it's recomended. Once everything's installed, I'll give feed back on all parts.

If its from Dave's offroad then,  its a good cam! I have it in mine but havent break in yet!
