looks to me like you dont have anywhere near enough up travel in those shocks. 

the upper shock mount needs to be moved up higher or run a shorter shock

I also dont see any bump stops. with no bumpstops you'll bend a shock into a U shape in no time. 

to be able to flex well you need to be able to stuff one side, so your top shock mount (with THOSE shocks) needs to be a good 5 inches higher maybe 6.

Im planning on running a rear upper crossmember for the shocks before the summer time for the rocks. I put those shocks back there to help the bouncing as much as i could till i can get my shocks set up for the rear. Thanks for the advice tho.

I have 63's on my 86 with 35" and they ride nice....get your shocks mounted where you want them first then see how it rides...the stock shock mounting made mine ride strange also  now i have mine / \ and the ride is a lot better... but i also have a lot more shackle angle then you are running.....
