regearing to 5.29's will net you more "power" than anything else. after that then a header, maybe a cam but I'd definitely do the regearing first, might as well do a locker while your in there if you plan to do any serious offroading.
well im up in alberta canada, and plus this is my dd. haha, about how muhc would it be to gear 5.29?
or get a complete set up and 5.29's complete third with a locker from Marlin for $636 http://www.marlincrawler.com/differential/complete/spartan-equippedat THAT price you could regear both front and rear and have them both locked.
so if i get this marlin locker for the rear what should i do for the front, and if i get this locker, is it much work? or do i just take my axle off and swap it out? or is tehre more to it?

I recomend you keep your money in the drivetrain and save for gears...
