My friends thinking of taking a 21 foot trailer to sell tacos over there, do u guys think it would b a good idea or not?
please let me know what you guys think

Dont limit yourself to just tacos, do burgers and hot dogs too.
Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?

I don't know all the particulars, but...I'm sure there are going to be some red tape, fees, licenses and insurance involved. If those costs can allow a reasonable sales price and the food is decent he should do fine. Hell, McDonald's sells crap food...and they stay in business!
