Fluids?

I just rebuilt with 4.7s a while back, and was just wondering what brand of fluid and how much should be put in the Tcase after I drain it........Yeah I know stupid, but Im on painkillers for a brokeleg right now, not thinking str8.

I always just run good old Valvoline 75-90 in the cases.  Fill up real slow thru the shifter hole until it runs out the fill plug on the back case...
