full size running gear problems.

Was wondering if anyone can lend some good advice. Doing a build of my 03 Toyota with ford60 front and rear 390 big block 39.5 x. 16.50-17r. I put a Chevy one ton master cylinder in it for more fluid. But now the pedal is hard as a rock thinking brake booster is out in it. My question is what would be the best solution for this problem?
