« on: Dec 25, 2010, 08:38:17 AM »
so the lady couldnt pick which to get for me so she told me to decide....

if i want a longfield birfield (yes, just 1. i have one in my driverside, now just need one in my passenger side lol)

I'd second that, I LOOOOOVE synthetic rope and refuse to run cable, but I'd "prioritize" the Longfield since you at least already have cable.  .02

its probably due to the fact that unless you baby it you pretty much have to replace it in a year.  it doesnt take to UV ( breaks it down real quick) frays quicker due to abrasion etc etc etc

Thanks, pretty much sums it up. Plus in my line steel rope can't be beat I may be a little biased.

get the other longfield...... you know when you drive your truck, the weakest link will destroy, so if you are driving with 1 longfield, the other side having the stock birf will get destroyed, and then you will have no axleshaft......
