Newbie here, I have a 94 toyota 4WD, My fuel gauge went out a couple of years ago. I assumed it was the sending unit. I recently bought one, installed it ,and true to my luck, that wasnt the problem. So now I'm figurin it's the gauge. With my limited electical know how i tested it. It could be a wire or ground though. Does anybody know exactly how to test the gauge and wires? Thanks for any help

Have you checked the wires to see if they are intact?

This '93 Toyota FSM should help.  There is a trouble shooting section under the engine section.
