Which Tcase is driver drop?

Okay so my question is...

Are there any chevy auto trans (5.7L V8) with driver drop tcases? or 5speed even..
Looking for an easy solution to be able to hook up a driveline to the ford high pinion driver drop D44 I have... Id rather not go with a pass drop low pinion D44 if I don't have to.

 i dont know hardly anything on domestic tcases n transmissions... so i dont know what came on what or anything. So what did those come on and which vehicle, n year.

a np203 or 205, lomax tcase, stak box,atlas 2, taco box, offroad design tcase and im sure theres more

Dana 300's came in early 80's Jeeps and 1980 Scouts. The scouts have a weird bolt pattern though(called Texas pattern)  By the time you flip it to drivers side which involves modifying the oil pump, etc., get a clockable adapter, and upgrade the relatively weak output shaft, you will be into it for a considerable sum. That's assuming you can find one. They are the coolest oe case around though when modded. Front and rear digs, regearable, huge gears. A friend of mine recently sold a flipped twin stick 300 he built but never used for over 1k.

and if a can find a complete 88-95 Tahoe or Pickup.. then ill use the engine, trans and tcase. those have a 700r4 and 203? or 241?
