I recently created a Facebook page dedicated to showing Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc that there is serious interest in bringing the 70 Series Landcruisers and diesel engines to the United States. I also created it to get more attention on the fact that the USA really did get screwed on what Toyota offers elsewhere around the world. A lot of people don't realize what Toyota sells around the world, and not here.

Now I realize its probably a futile attempt. But seeing as Facebook has generated a lot of attention towards causes in the past, I thought it might be worth a shot.

With Mahindra coming in and providing a diesel light truck with zero competition, maybe this will be a way to show Toyota it would be worth their time to bring the 76, 78, and 79 series LCs to the States.

Honestly, I would too. I would probably hang around the local Yota dealer if they started carrying those just to drool over them.
