Best advice to get good flex is to build a RUF pack (rears up front) and run either 2 wheel drive F150 or 63" Chevy springs in the rear.Super cheap and super flexy.

i bought a 3" pro comp lift for my 83 toy and didn't have much weight at all in the back (light flat bed). i yanked those high spring rated bastards off and threw on some 63" chevys! flex great but are HUGE! still run the pro comp 3" in the front, and after a season or two of wheeling they finally started to gain flex but still arent the best. If you dont have weight they suck, but you could possibly have a spring shop "cycle" them and load them to bring down the spring rate maybe that'd help! thats what i was gonna do till i just ditched em!

i would not get chevy 63"s... they are lame, your best bet would be to spend a couple dollars an get all pro springs, i had over 38 inches of flex with them, an i had no wait on the back of my truck. an my buddy has procomps an they flex alright if you take a leaf out of the front an 2 out of the rear

If you gonna spend cash on them, get deavers, or for middle grade, All-Pro

For bang for buck, and still performs better than any springs Ive seen purchased, do ruf and either chevy 63s ( work great for my rigs) or f150s, mazdas, s10s, any spring pretty much.
