we didn't leave untill 10:30am, & drove 5 minutes or less out & saw I guy walking down with a d60 rear shaft with splines broke off, I pulled out the ready welder ( didn't want to, lol, but couldn't just leave the guy) & let him fix it, & traffic was soi backed up, by the time we got to caddy we had to wait a good hour, he had his rig fixed & was waiting on traffic, I gave him a few tugs up harder spots & he made it out without breaking, had a 80s scout, cool guy, firefighter from near tahoe.
