Built 87 runner

Im posting this for my dad who spends most his time up north and doesnt wheel anymore. This 4 runner is in great shape and has only 300 miles on it since being built.

1987 4 runner 146k miles. White exterior and grey interior that is in decent shape
22re runs good but leaks a little oil somewhere
stock w56 transmission shift great
Marlin Crawler dual ultimate transfer cases, 2.28 reduction gears with 23 spline 4.70 geared rear case. cost over $1600 new
Budbuilt budlite crossmember with new factory Toyota t-case mounts
Driveshafts built by High Angle driveline. Cv in rear
Front Axle is a 1984 Toyota Straight Axle with Marlin built hp third, 5.29 gear, detroit locker, longfields, marlin High Steer with 25mm upgrade, longfield hub gears, koyo bearings, ifs calipers and vented rotors, marlin tre's, 1.5' wheel spacers
Front suspension is a Marlin 4" sas
Rear supension is a 5" rear kit
Rear Axle is ifs width. Marlin built v6 third member 5.29 gears, spool, Alloy usa axle shafts, marlin axle bearings and seals, new drum brakes and wheel studs
Wheels are 15x8 Trailready hd's with slim ring and 3.5" bs. Great shape
Tires are 37 12.50 15 Goodyear mtr's (old Style) Near perfect shape
Marlin crawler front and rear bumpers with d rings
Warn Powerplant winch with built in air compressor. Loaded with 125' of Amsteel blue winich rope and a marlin aluminum hawse
Can bak soft top, all stainless frame with Tab sunbrella fabric Paid $1400 for it. No tears or damage

Also have new in box psc hydro assist kith tc pump ready to be installed. this was $900 and hasnt been installed

Located in Az. If it doesnt sell i think im gonna swap my 3rz r151 and diamonds and keep it for myself.

 figured i would throw it out there.doesnt hurt to ask.i was lookin at a built runner from cali a few years ago and the owner was totally into comin up but i ended up finding one up here.oh well...if you change your mind let me know .bump for a sweet 4runner.

Does it have a cage or AC? Is this runner in Surprise?

No cage, just factory roll bar. It has ac but needs to be charged from time to time. and yes its in my garage in surprise.

He gave me a budget of about 5k but I told him he couldnt buy the parts that are bolted on this rig for the 7k?
I could build the diffs and duals to save a bit on the bolt on price, but not enough to make it worth it

decided to keep it for my self for more of a mild wheeler. Im going to put my 3rz,r151, t cases and diamonds on it though and sell what remains.

wow...suprised you couldnt sell it .i would have bought it in a second if it was closer..i spent the whole summer lookin for a 4runner.3months and nothing locally.i might just have to look into importing one from the states,but im sure its a pain.

Alot of interest from out of state and a couple tire kickers around here, im happy to keep it though especially considering i almost already have 6k for my dad selling parts i didnt need or want and after i swap the parts from my truck i will have a dependable runner with little or no money in it.

thats what I was trying to tell my little brother, couldnt buy the parts on this thing for what you were asking for the runner itself.... lol. he was upset when I showed him and said what you dont want to build me one now, I said, I couldnt build half that truck for what hes asking for it

Yea its pricey to build them, my dad has over 14k in parts reciepts alone for it.
