sell or part out

OK i bought this from a co-worker with the intention of parting the truck out and using the engine for a 20r/22r build to put in my 80 4x4.  After getting the truck i see how nice and low mileage the truck is and i'm wondering if i could fix it up some and make it worth my time to sell it for a nice profit to help fund the build of my truck.  So what would you guys do and if you were to sell it what would be your asking price?
