i would say a 22r L52 and a 4.7tcase would solve your problem :twocents:  :turtlehead: :gap:

Just a few thoughts. The 390's could be an issue to the T-case gears but not breakin the case. I've heard the Mighty Kong could cause this issue from other people but never happen to me after running it for yrs. I'd like to say bad vibration from the D-line. Check ur pinion flange to make sure its not bent.

Is the kong the crossmember? maybe it acts too solid compared to the motor mount. like having a solid case mount with stock motor mounts, you'll crack a  case.  I just saw the river coming out, not where you actually broke the case. worth a thought. Did the case break near the mount? OR random each time.

Wheres the pics?

:edit: almost to easy but do you have a broken motor mount thats letting everything move allot? had this invisible problem of my fan hitting a lower rad hose before.

How about the intermediate shaft between the trany and t-case. What adapter are you using to run the Toy CV to the Zuk case? Is it off centered not aligned?

it mostly breaks in the passenger side right where the 4 bolts are that hold it to the kong mount. but this last time it broke right next to the rear drive line where the output comes out of the case

Really stupid question but do your front & rear gears match. Long time ago I mixed up a 5.29 in the rear w/a 4.10 in the front put it in 4 low and broke the T-case in half.

Sence the Might Kong is V shapted, did you by any chance land on a rock fairly hard? Mabey its out of shape and pulling on the case.

It is the SOS adapter. I bought it from Trail Tough. It was $400.00  I run a W56. You can buy a different adapter from them for $500.00 to run the V6/Turbo trany. That would be nice with the propane setup.

There are alot of different tranys you can run with the adapter. I'll check my instruction sheet and let you know what you can run. I know for sure you can not run a L52 because you have to have a removable bell housing. With my WB I could have run 3 cases and wish I would have. Just for the cool kid factor.
