seems like everybody here just wants to hit up the dunes and go fast
the local 4x4 club pretty much never does anything just a bunch of winter visitors in their brand new jeeps

Just moved down here a a few months ago. I am on the market for a 1st gen 4runner right now. I am always looking to hit the trails, do some camping, and crawling. But I do have a yfz450 to tear up the dunes.

well down here there really isn't a big crawling following mostly prerunners and jeep cherokees ALOT of cherokees been here all my life not really anywhere to go during the summer its wayy to hot

Yeah I have noticed that. I work with some guys with Jeeps and Yota pickups and am working on getting a trail ride/ camping trip setup when it cools down a bit.
