Need Good Rotors, suggestions for hard use

I am so tired of frying the damn rotors on my truck.  It doesn't take much.  You might say I'm harder on my brakes than most people but this is ridiculous.

Who makes some rotors for IFS trucks that can take the abuse and don't cost a small fortune?
