will the ARB bull bar bumper work with the marlin SAS i  have seen one not SAS and it fit real tight around the frame anyone no anything on this

Yes and no..  It will NOT bolt up - you'll have to customize the mounting significantly.  I've seen it done a couple of ways.  Allen's 4runner  (he's on 4x4 wire - can't find his URL right now) has a custom mount.  The ARB on my 4Runner has the "under frame" section chopped off and bolts only to the front of the frame now... I will be changing tht this spring.  And here's the mounting on my x-cab - I removed ALL of the ARB mounting componentry and made my own frame mount...
