Well I got all the switches from OTRATTW just found these guys and having top quality rockers with the labeling on the switches is tops! Also had to get an Aluminum blank to cut this thing out of. Here's all the switches laying on the aluminum.

Here http://www.otrattw.com/ is a link to their site. I think $10-12 each.

Well since I built the cargo rack I decided I wanted a cover aka" trunk lid", so when a had a few minutes of free time I got started. Here's a few pics. 16ga sheet metal and 3/4" TS. I'm adding a hinge on the front side and lockable latches on the rear of each side.
Here it is as cut and bent.

Added some tube steel for strength.

Seriously, do I have lockers? Well of course I do what would be the point of a 4x4 if I didn't have lockers. Why do you ask?

No sweat, Detroit in the back and a Spartan in the front, 4.88's wish I had 5.29's and then the speedo would read right I think. I'm about 5 off right now and I could run down the road a little better when I need too, which isn't very often.

ARB's are a great setup, Detroits are sweet, and the Spartan get's me by. When I grow up I think I want an ARB for the front. I don't DD my Toy and having both axles with automatic lockers works great for me.

Did a simple steering stop reinforcement by putting 7/8" long 1" diameter rod in the stops and then welding the tops. Replaced my old Baja shifter with the soon to be new model Baja II. Added a new fuse panel and did some wiring. Added a Holley fuel pressure regulator and a gauge.

So I've been busy but in my spare time the little that there is I've been doing some needed updates. Hi steer, RUF's and shocks, added some lights for some night wheelin', floor light. Cool new pimpin' stickers. Pics of the rear cargo hatch and all it holds.
Did mods to the double cardan joint to get more travel before binding, went from 20 to 30 degrees angle.
