I've never been involved with that run, can you give me some more details? Or point me in the right direction?  I know it's a night run on bald, but that's all I know about it.

There is a day run and night run . It starts on tamarack side. So you will see parts of bald you may have never seen . Tons of people up there. Big party at vrock Saturday night. It's where the run ends. You have to sign up and have rig inspected night run is usually about 65 bucks if I remember right.

 The trail does not end at v-rock. There are two more check points after that,but a lot of people go back to camp after v-rock. There is a hole back side with more fun stuff and you come back to camp thought the indian burial grounds. There is stair steps,two step,whoozers rock,check point 3,and carburetor rock. You can sign up at extreme offroad in Clovis.(559)323-8222.

I wonder if due to the date change that the event will have a much smaller turnout?  Seems like the snow up on that trail is just about all gone.

Planing on taking my rig for its first run on  1tons and 40s. Have done bald a few time when my truck was stock on 31s. Had a blast then so this should be really fun. hope i can make it

Moonlight Madness this year ended fairly early.  The crowd watching was less than last year as were the number of participants.  I wonder if the date change caused this??  My rating on this years event was fair.

I dunno. I was asleep up at the tower on Thursday night and they woke me up and we went wheeling together. Seemed cool , had a ton of fun wheeling with them that night. I didn't get any video of my 4Runner wheeling unfortunately. Never saw them again after Thursday nights wheeling tho. I also left Saturday afternoon. We had been there wheeling since Thursday and had no real desire to play follow the leader in the dust til 3 in the morning. All in all it was a great time.
