xtra cab & shortbeds the same?

I have a flatbed from and 86 shortbed. And found someone who wants to buy it. But thier truck is an extended cab truck. Same generation truck. Just wondering if the beds are the same size?

yup no problem with anything the beds are the same, so are the mounts.
