i have a 22 re LC header from a 86 runner that is cal smog legal but has no tag on it this is why i need one with a sticker to pass smog. works fine no problems bought from a guy that failed to come up with paper work so I'm stuck with this.

Know if that will fit a 20r head?

Yes it will fit a 20R.  The only diff between a 20R 22R and a 22RE exhaust is the R heads only use one bolt in the center while REs use 2.  Nice header.  Heck man I would try a few diff smog places and see if any of them will even ask for paper work.  I know a buddy of mine has a header on his without a car stamp or paper work and he was never asked bout it since the smog and o2 were all located in correct place and intact.  Just a thought.

I gotcha, thats what I've always heard but the two bolts in the center there threw me for a loop.

sorry guys I'm going to try and get it to pass smog at a local shop this week coming up if it wont pass then its gone and i have to buy a new one.

he said his truck passed the regs just fine, but needs to sell it because although it is a smog legal header, he doesnt have the paperwork stating that

sorry guys i passed smog a couple weeks ago so I'm keeping it. I got a CAL Carb # plate to put on it and the smog shop was cool with it.
