22r alternator

can some body tell me what wires go to wat on a 83 22r alternator. mine went out go a new one and i remebered what went were but when i put them there it shorts out can any one get a pic of theres or got a site that shows it thanks.
83 short bed yota 35's 5.29's 4.7 f-150's arb front aussie locker rear high steer ifs rear axle
83 short bed yota 31 a/t mild lift welded ifs rear axle
99 audi A4 as my new daily driver.

That alt I gave you was good, was charging my truck fine. What do you mean its shorting out??

Put the wrong alt in the wrong truck and you'll fry your wiring, despite the fact that it plugs in.

No it's good I just not sure where this on wire goes every where I try it shorts
