What I heard on this was the brother of the lady who's in charge contacted the feds and said he was gonna do it, they said no, as did the tribe, and he decided to take the funds and do it anyway.  She got mad and called the feds and asked them to help with it, the raid taking 7 hours to complete and ending in 5 arrests for something like harassing the officers, not for drug charges.

I've seen that done alot.  But with better ladders and special aluminum planks just for that situation.  I have a friend that paints for a living.  I help him from time to time. 



He has some step ladders that I want a couple.  They are 4 feet wide, and you can get them in 2, 3 or 4 step configurations.  Would be ideal for working on our taller than stock rigs.
