Does US Wheel make wheels in usa or is it just a claim. Am looking at getting some cheap steel wheels from them to make beadlocks with for the trail rig, and using a 15x7 rim instead of 15x8 because the beadlock kits add about 1'' of width to the wheel so if I used a 15x7 I will have 15x8s still, and while other beadlock kits add 2'' to the wheel?? If thats the case I will try to get a 15x6 to weld on.

Who else has some good steel wheels that are made in usa?  
Also whats the best beadlock kit out there, too many options thats for sure. http://www.mudprometalworks.com/beadlocks.html I ran into this website, and saw a to z fab had some but dont like the basic design.

on my last 4runner i had us 15x8 with fake beadlocks and they were made in detroit mi i did buy them back in 2003. if you add a diy beadlock kit run 15x8s and with the beadlocks the overall width should be 15x9

do i really need 15x9s though? i thought 15x8s is wide enough just wondering

no you dont need 15x9s 15x8s will do just fine

oh k so your advice is to get 15x8s beadlock those to get 15x9. am thinking i just want to stay 8'' all the time and that way i could run narrow tires or up to 13.50, so i start with a 15x7 wheel.
am thinking of getting some from balstic fab

yeah order up the wheels you want in 15x7 and add the diy beadlocks and that will give you a 15x8 when done

ya i dont need no tire wider than 14.5 so i will be fine.
