need a hitch
« on: Dec 05, 2004, 08:41:25 PM »
Well hope everyone is getting all the x mas shoping done. I'm still looking for one more thing a 86 4runner receiver hitch checked most of the auto parts stores around town no luck. I don't want a custom job or anything like that I just need to pull a 6x8 enclosed trailer sometimes and hate tring to find someone with a truck to help. 88 seems to be the cut off nothing older I thought my 86 was the same for the most part?

Blackdog thanks for the offer. My buddy has a 91 so I know that won't fit. brainlessfool I'm not looking for a new bumper I want a receiver hitch that bolts to the frame you can get them for almost any car or truck except the 86 and older 4runners. I don't know why. 87 and up no problem. What is the difference anyone out there konw.
