Id say just keep the toyota axles for simplicity. They are good strong axles that are made to go under a toyota truck. just put in some Longs, Smuffs, Bells... almost any aftermarket birfs and you are good to run some 35's.
But if you can get a 60 for cheeper that may be the rout you want to go. you definatly dont have to worrey about breaking anything. the only thing you would have to deal with is the with. it is a full size axle wont beable to fit in narrow places anymore, but dont think that has stoped people in the past. pluss you could always get it narrowed.
