snaped e-brake cable

hey my e-brake cable snaped on my 83 toy pick up was wondering is there some way to rig it to work with out buying a new one. and also how much are they new and were is a good place to look for one. thanks

its just a piece of cable in there.  Go down to the hardware store and buy new cable.  get crimp ends and cut it to length.

ya but i have never seen a 1st gen truck or part in any pick and pulls around here wat year cables are the same?

79-83 Pickups should be the same. Try one of your local Autoparts if pickNpull isn't an option.
