Go drive the hell outta it. It pry has a little oil in the intake. Thats why you gotta get them flipped over fast.

Oil might have poured into the distributor cap making bad contacts or maybe even after you changed the plugs there still might have been enough oil in the cylinders or intake to foul your new plugs.

When I rolled my truck it was upside down for quite a while. I had to pull all the spark plugs Squirted carb cleaner in the cylinders and turned the motor over without the plugs in, to clean the cylinders out. Then i replaced the plugs and changed the oil. Somehow my distributor cap got oil in it also. Just cleanned it out with some stuff for electrical that was like "brake clean"

hope that helps.

what motor/ truck do you have?

a long time ago i rolled by buddies runner (22re) when it rolled the motor moved enough to crack the rubber tube that hooks right to the intake, it did vary similar things to what you stated. 4lo or going up a hit is the worse. basically the crack was at the bottom of the rubber tube and opened up once there was torque on the motor. (like going up hill or 4low). but since it was pretty much closed when there was no pressure on anything driving a flat road or just idling was fine. take it off and check it out.. may be your problem.
