Topic: taco center bearing problem

got a 2003 taco the guy i got it from said that he was having center bearing problems and went to a shop and tahy told him to drop the bearing 1 to 11/2 inchs down. so i was wondering if anybody had down that already and if so could i see sum pics so i can get an idea how to do this thanks

what do you mean by center bearing problem....? it it making noise, blown out, have play in it, etc? heres some quick info on how to change it. haven't done one myself though. http://128.83.80.200/taco/cb.html also if you just search google you'll find a lot of info about it.

the guy i got it from said he just changed it but it keeps on going bad so he took it to a shop and thay told him he needs to drop it a few inchs i got an idea how to do this just wanted to see how other peeps did theres. i tryed to look it up on google but notting came up.
