This weekend is the 6 and 7th... the 20 and 21 is a bit further away.

Isn't there some soup bowl thing with foot balls or something too?  :gap:

I'm not interested in foosball... it's nice to watch but hockey is where I'm at. Same goes for V-day; screw it. Hey, with more people home for these Sundays the trails should be less crowded!

There's a guy on pirate coming to town in a week or so; wants to wheel too. He's south at Carson so Old Stage would be closest to him, I'll check and see if he's up for it. The more the merrier... plus I'm going last this time.

Gottcha.  Different guy that who I was thinking.  Sounds like he's got a badass rig, old Avalanche Engineering sniper.  Those were the OG's (original gangsta :D  ) of the offroad "buggy" we are all familiar with today.

I would like to wheel sometime soon...  Is anybody in Northern Colorado?  Even Denver area is fine....just don't want to pound pavement all day to get to a trail.

Jakesteads is up around Broomfield (I think) and there's a few guys in Castle Rock... There's folks around, they may not be all that active on here though.

Just got back from trying Eagle Rock; let's just say snow makes everything tougher. Especially uphill and turns and rocks and trees.

Edit:
Final damage tally: 2 loose rear u-bolts, almost lost the bump stop, exhaust broke (again), Optima battery gouged by P/S pulley (no more bungees), smashed bananas and I left my SAE gear wrenches in Matt's Runner.  :slap:

Still a good time  :beerchug:

I'd be down; my rig needs some love after beating on it yesterday... namely 5.29s and that front axle switcheroo-action, some real exhaust work instead of a patch (that kind of held) and a steering stabilizer.
If I'm lucky an exo cage will fall on top of it someday too.  :crossed:

There's a spare that came with the truck; I'm going to give it a try this week. If that fails, what condition is your stabilizer in; new or "lightly used"?

What did you end up paying for your cage? I'm trying to figure out how much I'll need for an exo before the Jambo this year.

Agreed that exos look worse, but they seem so much more functional.  I have lots of ugly things on my truck....an exo will be another.

Not me...  I never have been down to Liberty.  And I haven't wheeled with Aaron since '08.

Although I might have said I was interested in doing a run then over on TTORA.  I don't remember, but I never did make it.
