2rz evap canister on a 3rz?

Will a 97 2rz evap canister work on an 03 3rz? This was one of the few parts damaged on the parts truck and I have a chance to pick up a 2rz canister for $20 locally. Thanks in advance  :beer:

Don't believe so.  The older 3rz's are more vacuum and less electrical. The evap is differentfrom 95.5-1999, then 00-02, and 02-04. As far as I hear.
